…one company in five runs its travel program without a policy? Exactly two-thirds of respondents say they have a policy for all areas of travel and another 14% for some aspects only. This means that the remaining 20% continue to run their travel program without a policy, which is hard to understand in spite of the proven ability, to win supplier deals, keep down average prices and discourage unnecessary journeys.
