Travel management, especially in small and medium-sized companies, is something that is done more or less alongside another job. Although 83% of respondents say their organization analyzes travel expenses, only 30% say they use special tools for this purpose. Again, size is an influential factor. While 52% of the large spenders use special tools to analyze travel expenses, that figure falls to 29% for small spenders. In spite of the low take-up, the majority of respondents agree there are several benefits to introducing an analysis tool. Read more
