		<description>Good article and Norman can&#039;t be questioned on his understanding of the industry. However, I have to question his take on Twitter,Â  I think that it will increasingly become important in B2B communication and will be the precursor in realtime information to other channels (&lt;em&gt;FB, LI etc&lt;/em&gt;). That is unless Google wave or another paradigm changer appears on the stage. As in most things, I think first movers are going to get the advantage here.</description>
