(unfortunately...) usually you have to que again at check in desk... to get an alternative boarding document, this should be chanced as well. It should be permitted to get till boarding gate an there they should look into the PC ...otherwise, as you thought you are quick having a mobile ticket, you get late to the airport and....are losing your plane..... very uncomfortable... ich can tell you.....
